VetriScience®, a pet nutrition company, needed a series of three welcome emails for new customers. They wanted to engage these new customers by promoting specific products and services. They also wanted to inform customers about their new packaging, assuring them that their products were staying the same.
I wrote the copy for these three emails based on briefs provided by VetriScience®, adopting the brand TOV effectively. These briefs specified the intended design and style, as well as the key messages they wanted to get across.
The results from this EDM work were very positive, with high open rates and some conversions through the included links.
